Monster Tree House Club – Product Review

Back in August I was heavily into entering contests and looking for free stuff. I sometimes get a little addicted to it. LOL. Who doesn’t like free stuff?

I signed up for a newsletter / email subscription on the Monster Tree House Club’s Website for the chance to win a monthly subscription. Never thought I’d actually win!

Marie (whom is one of the most sweetest people out there!) contacted me to say that our package would soon be in the mail. The box above is what we received. And the kids were quite excited that it had their names on the outside! They LOVE getting mail!

The box contained the items that would normally come in the Premium kit which is $250/year (you get a box every month).

The first item we looked at were 2 personalized (and different) letters for the kids. The fact that they were not the same generated letters was AWESOME!

Next the kids discovered their certificates. Personalized letters was one thing but certificates??? My kids put them up on their bedroom wall.

They were now official members of the Monster Tree House Club!

Next it was time to check out the content of the box and get learning!

We sat down with the story book and dvd. Our story was called “Jayden’s Homework Problem”

You have 3 options when it comes to reading the story:

  • You can watch just the dvd and listen to the story
  • You can just read the book
  • You can read along with the dvd. A great tool with learning to read!

My kids loved the fact that it wasn’t just a person reading the story, it was actually the monster from the story who was reading to them!

Not only was there personalized letters, certificates, dvd, storybook, and activity book in the box, there were also a few other great things in there as well!

My kids love both bracelets and pens. But, the best part was when they could learn about the characters in the story via the trading cards. But, not only could they collect the trading cards and learn about their favorite characters, they could collect them to trade in for prizes!

If your child is struggling with learning to read or doing their homework this program may very well be a good investment for you! We are thoroughly enjoying our time as members of the Monster Tree House Club!
