#100LBWeightLossJourney ‘ s Walking Challenge – Taking the First Step towards a Healthier You!

Keep reading below and then go here: SECRET Facebook Group to join the challenge. I am not sure if you’ll be able to request to join or not, you may have to add me as a friend first, then inbox me to invite you. I have never used a “secret” group before.

It will be a “secret” group because I realize some of you do NOT like posting your photos online. Keeping the group as “secret” enables only group members to view your photos and see who is in the group! 🙂

 Want A Healthier Mind, Body and Spirit In 30 Days… Or Less?!

 30 minutes of walking for 30 days at your own pace!

This isn’t rocket science, to even begin to get healthy or lose weight or feel better; you need to get moving!!

All I want you to do is start walking.

Don’t change anything else about your life except adding 30 minutes a day for 30 days into your routine; now should you decide to want to do more then that, that’d be awesome, but, my main goal for this challenge is to give those struggling, an easy place to start.

No matter what your size, health condition, etc etc all you need is movement to get yourself started on the path to getting healthy, and it does not have to be walking but, this is an awesome place to start!

If you are morbidly obese and find it hard to get moving, then I would even start by simply sitting in a chair and doing toe taps, or holding on to a counter and simply walking on the spot. (Always check with your doctor first though!)

It’s all in starting somewhere that doesn’t make you want to give up. Easy, slow, at your own pace and for a length of time that is manageable for you. (And that may be one minute of toe tapping for the first month)

You’ll be out of breath, you’ll feel tired and sore; but, please, do not give up because it DOES get easier!

A couple years ago I could not put on my shoes without difficulty…and now..I am running, slowly, but I am running.

You’ve got this! Just give yourself a chance to get started!

PS: A hot bath with epsom salts is wonderful for sore muscles!!!
