#100LBWeightLossJourney – Focus T-25 Day#1 + Day#2 of 30 day Arm Challenge
This is a cheesey and very stern looking me after finishing Day#1 of the 30 day Arm Challenge with #thefitpartners .
I also had just finished running with the running club 4.2km.
It has definitely be a busy few days doing so much physical activity…and it’s not going to slow down if I can help it. I just joined in on starting Focus T-25 and today marks day 1 for me, which means I have to add on a cardio workout somewhere because I am a day late in joining the program alongside the #thefitpartners….and I so want to get my t-shirt for this one!
Tonight we did Speed 1.0 from Focus T-25 and I gave it my all, which at most times means modifying the workout and sometimes modifying again or taking breaks and marching on the spot.
(*This is something most people get frustrated with and end up giving up on a program – “because it’s too hard”..well, isn’t that the point? If it was easy, we’d all be healthy skinny and eating our cake too! As my doctor keeps reminding me – “You didn’t put all this weight on overnight, do not expect it all to come off overnight”. )
Stop giving up (or judging a program) after only trying the first day, keep pushing forward, and eventually you will see changes AND you also start getting faster and being able to do more too.
I’ve lost a couple inches here and there….now that I have added T-25 to my daily menu, let’s see where I end up in a week!!
