100LB Weightloss Journey – Battling the evil foods
Okay, so I am going to *cringes* scare you all with my “before” pictures…now please keep in mind I am doing this for accountability and to show my progress as I go…PLEASE, do not leave me negative comments on my photo or share my photo across the web (I have Copyrighted it for my protection!).
And no…I couldn’t do it without my socks on! ;-p HAhahahahaha!
So, there it is…stretch marks and all…
Well, I have continued doing my Body Gospel program…today makes it day #5 on the program….
My biggest challenge is still the eating…I’m definitely eating better as a whole..but there are some things that I find it more difficult to give up…bread (white), cheese, and crackers are my biggest nemesis right now…I crave carbs like they’re going outta style…And yesterday I was at my parents and stayed for supper…yup..big mistake not taking something with me….they had potatoes with the meal….and I LOVE potatoes..I cannot get enough potatoes…I think I would eat potatoes for every meal if I could get away with it. LOL…
I definitely ate more then I needed to…BUT…because I filled my belly till it was full (and not overly stuffed) with what I call “heavy foods”, I was able to fight off my urge to snack last night.
I was too pooped anyways and went to bed early (like 8:30pm I think).
So, I’m still hanging in there…hoping this rain stops so I can go for a walk!
Not I have to go prep my snacks for today and get some dishes done!
