Days 6,7 & 8 of My 100LB WeightLoss Journey
On day #6 (Saturday) I did my workout. Then I went to a book sale and bought the kids an obscene amount of books. 🙂 I think I have an addiction to buying kids books..LOL.
Then I took my little guy out to take photos for the photo contest.
Then we came home scarfed down a quick lunch and went to be in the Ciderfest parade on our church’s float.
While walking alongside the float, the kids each wanted a turn so I swapped them out, with no problem…then I noticed one of the dolls had fallen off the hay bale so I leaned over to sit back up and “crunch” the trailer went over my right foot…argh…but, I finished the parade…I would say in total it was a 2-3km walk. Lukily I got that extra exercise in because yesterday….
Sunday, Day #7, I did not do my workout because of my foot. While I don’t think anything is broken..I definitely pulled something…I did have to stand a lot at the market so I know that burnt some calories..LOL…
This morning, Monday, day #8 – I did my 1 mile..I did not up it to the 2 mile like I had originally intended as my foot is still extremely sore…going to make an appointment with the DR today.
So, I did not push myself too hard but still managed to get the workout done.
Going to make not snacking after 8pm my focus for this week and see if I can do it… wish me luck!!!
