My 100LB WeightLoss Journey Days 50-55
Day #50 & 51 consisted of doing the Leslie Sansone 2 Mile walk….5 more days till measurements and weigh-in!!!
Day #52 – Wow, been a LONG freaking week. Worked 4 mornings this week, instead of 1….and while I am grateful, holy crap am I knackered!!! LOL….I’m getting old…I can’t keep up with kids like I used to….I am repeat offender on repeating my workout again….but, this morning I overslept so I knew I needed to do one that went by quickly…so I did one of my “funner: ones. This one is definitely getting a little too easy for me though….might soon be on my retirement list…hehehehe
Ugh…well, it may help you out..but, it doesn’t help me….YUCK!Both the befores and afters I would never consider eating…yuck yuck yuck!

Feeling tired? Or tired of being tired? Spit in a cup tomorrow morning when you wake up to see if you have a yeast overload….I definitely have this problem, might follow a few of the suggestions at the end of part 3…except cutting out all sugar and starches….I’d starve!!! LOL

Day #54 (Sunday) – This workout offers some variations using resistence band and hand weights. I used my hand weights and a stretchy tube. Definitely had to work a bit harder on this 5 mile workout!

Day#55 – Good Morning My lovelies!
Have a kink in my neck that extends up into my temple this morning…ouchies…But, nonetheless I got up and did my workout. I did Leslie Sansone Walk at Home’s 2 Mile workout again. Because I wasn’t feeling too great I chose a shorter one today..though I may get back up to 3 or 4 miles tomorrow. And tomorrow is picture and measurement day!!!
