My 100LB WeightLoss Journey Days 28 & 29
Another day with a double whammy…argh….
Yesterday(Day #28) I did pretty good. Yesterday afternoon my little girl and I walked (she was in our double jogger) to pick up my little guy at school and then we walked to my parents house and then back home….so LOTS of walking done.
Had a big supper AND popcorn last night…ooops…..paid for it this morning….and the popcorn was what was left from my hubby’s bowl and he puts like a whole pound of extra salt on it so that wasn’t good for me….but it was one of those snacky moments where I just wanted to snack and didn’t really care what it tasted like….argh…don’t like those moments at all….you are left going…”well, that wasn’t very good”….LOL…silly me
This morning(Day #29) started off good. Saw our first hummingbird at the feeder and did two workouts.
Leslie Sansone 2 mile walking workout and……10 Pound Slimdown Workouts ExerciseTV2 which I ended up modifying a bit. SO all in all ended up doing 45 minutes of exercising to make up for my extra food from yesterday.
Lost a family member / friend very suddenly this morning, so after that, my day went downhill….and that is all I have to say today and I have new pics to post..hope to get them up this weekend, but, I will make no promises!
