My 100LB WeightLoss Journey Day #27
Today I did the Leslie Sansone 2 mile workout again as I just couldn’t seem to shake my headache and lack of desire to workout…..all I kept thinking was “just one day….just one day off from working out…that’s all I want….”
But, just like being a mom and the responsibilities that come with that…there are no days off….even when you have a headache and just want to rest.
So, I got myself together and put on the workout and pushed through my negativity. And you know what? I survived and even though my headache was still there, I was definitely in a better frame of mind for getting on with my day. 🙂
Yesterday was hectic and I did not get everything done that I had wanted to. I definitely need to sit down this afternoon and write a list of things that absolutely need to get done this week and next week….I have allowed myself to get a bit behind on things while trying to focus on my new jewelry escapades, blogging, new blogging jobs that have popped up (yay for being paid, even if it is only a small amount!), and working tuesday mornings at the preschool AND everything else.
