My 100LB WeightLoss Journey Day 22 & 23

Okay, you get a two for one tonight. I am bagged. Today totally sucked as far as having a situation (that was completely out of my control) stress me out so much that I cried. Not that that helped me any…LOL.
Anyways, that being said, I really dislike on of the duties at my sons school (I even told his teacher that) and I was pretty close to telling her to go eat some freakin Cheerios to brighten up her day…LOL
What else…..oh and my new neighbours kid broke the freakin screen on our window so now I have to suffocate till housing comes and fixes it….
this day could not have had any more stupid crap in it if I tried….LOL
OKay, so, back to yesterday…I had a great day yesterday..I mean freakin fantabulous…here’s what I did for working out:
Start walking at home 3 miles with Leslie Sansone 45:00 Minutes. Easy and enjoyable!!! No complaints here!
Then after that was done I did another workout but right now I am drawing a blank…..I’ll come back and fill it in if I remember! I swear some days I can’t remember anything! Pretty bad though that I can’t remember back to yesterday morning!

THEN, yesterday afternoon, I got hubby to set up the jogger and me and my little girl walked to the school (approx 30 minutes *fast* walking) and picked up my son, we played on the playground and then walked to my parents place (approx 15 minutes *fast* walk). We stayed for about 1/2 hour then walked home (approx 45-60 minutes fast walk – some uphill).
SO I definitely got some good exercise in. When we got home I was starving and ate a big supper…and then crashed early.

This morning I did the Exercise TV Start walking at home 1 mile with Leslie Sansone20:00 Minutes
Super quick and easy to do!
Then I followed it by doing 15 Minute Beginner Weight Training – Easy Exercises – HASfit Beginners Workoutchosen by my son. 15:00 minutes.
Had to modify a couple exercises as I do not do floor exercises…LOL…but again I knew of other standing ones I could do instead that would work the same muscles.

So, overall lots of good exercising going on…..I was told it only takes 21 times of doing something for it to become a habit (Thanks Carin Day Cress, Independent Beachbody Coach & Michael J Cress, Independent Beachbody Coach
And today I learned that it only takes 30 minutes of brisk exercise a day to make your heart healthy.
