My 100LB WeightLoss Journey Day#21
Wahoo! Week 3 done! 21 Days and still going strong with exercising every morning. Still working on the rest of my rules but I still do extra minutes if I eat too much/extra sweets.
I did the TurboFire HIIT 30 workout this morning as I was late getting started because our internet was not working at all this morning…grrrrr…
I do not have a weigh-in as I still have yet to get a scale…however…let me go do some measurements and see if anything has changed…..I’ll have my weigh-in on Monday.
While heading off to do measurements I received the following question from a follower:
Reader: “How is your weight loss going? How do you get started? How much have you lost? ”
My Response(and measurements!)
“I’ll be honest…21 days in and as of last week I only have had a 2lb loss..that being said..I don’t own a scale..and losing weight while necessary and the end goal (having to lose 100lbs), right now I have been focusing on getting my ass moving and keeping it moving…(please excuse the language)
so for 21 days I have been exercising my butt off every morning..however, I still eat pretty much the same things..but, am trying to eat in moderation and make sure that I eat every 3-4hours..which is hard to do..we do not have the money where I can run to the store and buy a bag of apples when I run out….buying the “right” kinds of food and keeping them in the house is hard for us to manage..so I end up eating some not so great stuff regardless if I want to or not.
Funny I should get your message just now as I was just writing my blog for today and going to take my measurements….hold on and I can at least let you know that!
Left Bicep – 13.5 inches —-up 0.5
Right Bicep – 13.5 inches —–same
Chest – 50.5inches——down 0.5
Waist – 47.5 —– a loss of 2.5 inches
Hip – 51.5 inches—–down 0.5
Left Thigh – 27 inches—-same
Right Thigh – 27 inches——up 0.5
I’ll take my losses as I have definitely noticed a change, and while not huge or drastic…I am looking for maintainable changes to my life..not a quick loss and then BAM I fall off the band wagon and end up right back where I started. Plus, I’m not willing to starve myself or give up all of my favorite things. ;-p

Well, there you have it..slow and steady…will I win the race? I sure hope so, but, for me, it’s going to take time.
