My 100LB WeightLoss Journey Day#20
I did it! I’m actually posting on the day that I finished…although I almost fell asleep after reading my little guy his bedtime stories..and my little girl fell asleep before she got hers. Poor thing. I’ll just read her more tomorrow night.
So, I’m snacking on some popcorn again..but I actually looked at the info on the bag this time…all natural, whole grain, zero trans fat, gluten free,no cholesterol, no preservatives, no GMO corn (whatever that means…LOL)
In 3.5 cups there are 230 calories, 9g fat, 230mg salt, 38g carbs, 4g fibre, 11g sugar and 2g protein.
Not sure how all that fair in comparison to potato chips, but, I’m thinking, probably a better choice, though I could be wrong!
My workout included the following workouts today:
1)Exercise TV/Start walking at home 1 mile with Leslie Sansone – This is by far the BEST beginner workout for just about anyone!!! Extremely easy and you can adjust to up your cardio if you find it too easy. The time passed by very quickly and I think I will try the 2 mile workout tomorrow (if I remember!) 21:00 minutes.
2)Cardio Groove n’ Burn Workout Videos by ExerciseTV – This is a fast paced workout and I was so not ready for it. I had to modify this one a few times when I could not keep up…it’ll be fun to try again once I can move a bit faster. 31:00 minutes.
3)Standing Abs Exercises – 10 Minute Standing Abs Workout – had to modify a couple times as balancing on one foot for a long period just isn’t easy to do. When the model doing the exercises has a wobble I couldn’t help but chuckle. Glad they didn’t edit that out. 🙂 10:00 minutes. Doable but modified a bit.
Well, off to relax for a few and then to bed early tonight. 🙂
If you take one step backwards in your journey don’t worry because you have not fallen off the path…just remember that tomorrow you can take one step forward and start all over again! 🙂 MWAH! xoxoxoxox
