My 100LB WeightLoss Journey Day #19
Okay, so I’m going to make this a quick post as yet again I was a ding dong and didn’t write anything up yesterday or last night…..lalalaaaaaa! oops! *giggle*
Sooooo, I did a few workouts yesterday. I officially love the fact that I get YouTube right on my dvd player so I can instantly have 1000s of workouts right on my tv.
Cardio Blast Workout: Burn Fat, Boost your metabolism, Lose weight quick with Jessica Smith Tv. Just shy of 20 minutes, I added an extra minute on to get my full 20 minutes. This workout is great if your space is limited. I do not enjoy the music and found some of the moves hard to keep up with so I had to do some modifications but nonetheless I worked it!
I also did another workout RedRita12’s Channel: Slim Down Cardio Burn Workout Videos by ExerciseTV This workout was a good 30 minutes!
And to make it a full 60 minute workout I did another weight workout –
Tank Top Arms Workout – Shoulders, Arms & Upper Back Workout with Fitness Blender. This definitely worked some muscles. Definitely recommend using light weights to start. Reps hurt. LoL.
Snacked a lot at night(crackers, apples, popcorn) trying to keep myself awake while watching a movie….paid the toll this morning…will post later!
