My 100LB WeightLoss Journey Day#17
Once again I did not get around to writing and posting on the actual day…Argh…hopefully tonight I can get back on track. Last night I got too busy trying to make necklaces for my facebook “store” Under The Apple Tree.
It’s so sad…I cannot remember what workout I did yesterday…oh wait..yes, I can! LoL…Yep my memory is THAT bad…I swear when I was pregnant, my children stole all my brain cells…LOL!
I once again did the Turbo Fire HIIT 30 workout. I needed it. Definitely got my blood pumping!
Okay, so yesterday went pretty good over all…busy trying to get things together for my June Giveaway. Can’t wait! 🙂
As for eating, I ate a lot of rice with chicken, corn and broccoli -spiced up with some cumin and tumeric… I had some popcorn last night to snack on, but stopped after a small bowl! Yay!
