My 100LB WeightLoss Journey Day#14
2 weeks down and although I end up going to be right after my little ones…I definitely will say I am already starting to feel better. My IBS is getting better as well most days. So, on a whole 14 days of doing morning exercise of 30min-60min has definitely been beneficial. 🙂 (Duh, right?)
SO for my workout on Day#14 I started with the first portion of the “Biggest Loser” workout, which just happened to be the yoga workout. I enjoy yoga, but, because I am so incredibly out of shape, I had to modify a couple of poses. Didn’t help that I do not have an exercise mat which would have been beneficial. For those of you who don’t think that yoga is a workout…you’re not doing it right…I was sweating up a storm after doing 30min of yoga.
Next, I moved on a did my HIIT30 Turbo Fire workout….I am going to keep saying that by far, this is my favorite workout…but, unfortunately you are not supposed to do it everyday….otherwise I think I would be.
I don’t have a weigh-in for today as I do not personally own scales. I play on getting some though for my weekly weigh-in. I made an appointment for Thursday morning to have my blood pressure and weight checked, so I will let you know then!
I won’t be surprised if I gained back my 2 LB loss but, I’m hoping and focused on keeping it off!
I snacked alot today on carrots…I think I am all carroted out for a few days..LOL…good thing my skin hasn’t turned orange yet…does that even happen with adults or is it just babies?
My goal for you today is to take 5 minutes, put on a nice calming song and sit and take deep breaths in and out while listening to the music…I want you to try to clear your mind of all that negativity and worry…and just “be” in that moment with the song and your breathing…I want you to focus on all the wonderful things you do have in your life – because no matter how miserable life can feel some days…we all have things to be grateful for.
I know finding quiet personal time can often be hard to do but, I know you can accomplish this..and please let me know what song you listened to and how it went!
